“Contractors are required by law to be licensed and regulated by the Contractors State License Board which has jurisdiction to investigate complaints against contractors if a complaint regarding a patent act or omission is filed within four years of the date of the alleged violation. A complaint regarding a latent act or omission pertaining to structural defects must be filed within 10 years of the date of the alleged violation. Any questions concerning a contractor may be referred to the Registrar, Contractors State License Board, P.O. Box 26000, Sacramento, CA 95826.”
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using aprroofing.com, ordering online diagnostic estimates, booking free 21-point roof inspections, or executing a home improvement agreement with APR Roofing Solutions, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any portion of these terms, please discontinue using this website and consult our office directly.
2. Estimates, Inspections & Real Estate Certifications
- Free Visual & Thermal Drone Estimates: Initial residential roof replacement and leak diagnostic inspections for homeowners are provided 100% free of charge with zero obligation.
- Real Estate & Escrow Roof Certifications: Official written 2-year and 5-year certifications for real estate transactions, lenders, and escrow are billed at published rates ($195–$375). When corrective repairs are completed by APR Roofing, 100% of diagnostic inspection fees are credited toward qualifying invoice balances.
- Hidden Substrate & Dry Rot Clause: Estimates are based on observable surface and attic conditions. Rotted plywood decking, structural rafter damage, or hidden termite compromise concealed beneath existing shingles or underlayment will be photographed and documented with fixed per-sheet replacement rates ($85–$125 per CDX sheet) as detailed in written project contracts.
3. Consumer Notice of Cancellation (3-Day Right)
Statutory 3-Day Right to Cancel (California Civil Code § 1689.6):
California law gives homeowners the absolute right to cancel any residential home improvement contract negotiated at a location other than the contractor’s established place of business until midnight of the third business day after signing. Detailed cancellation forms and instructions are attached to every formal written contract.
4. Building Permits & Title 24 Cool Roof Compliance
APR Roofing Solutions strictly complies with all municipal building codes, safety regulations, and environmental mandates:
- Permits Pulled Legally: We pull required building permits with City of Lancaster, City of Palmdale, City of Santa Clarita, City of Gardena, and Los Angeles County Building & Safety departments. We never ask homeowners to pull owner-builder permits.
- California Title 24 Part 6 Energy Code: All residential and commercial steep-slope and low-slope roofing installations comply with mandatory solar reflectance (SRI) ratings for Climate Zone 14 (High Desert) and Climate Zone 8 (South Bay). Official CF-1R and CF-2R compliance forms are certified and filed upon project completion.
- Zero Subcontractor Guarantee: All roofing installations are executed exclusively by full-time, W2 company employees carrying statutory workers’ compensation and $2,000,000 commercial liability coverage.
5. Warranties & Guarantees
Every complete re-roof installed by APR Roofing Solutions is backed by dual-layer warranty protection:
- 10-Year In-House Workmanship Guarantee: Covers installation integrity, flashings, valley seals, and penetrations against water intrusion under normal meteorological conditions.
- Manufacturer Material Warranties: Up to 50-Year Non-Prorated Lifetime material coverage through GAF, Owens Corning, and CertainTeed for residential shingles, and up to 30-Year NDL (No Dollar Limit) commercial warranties for single-ply TPO systems.
